Once again I will go out on a limb to make a prediction, actually, two predictions. To the best of my knowledge, both of these are completely original to me.
Future books on American history will report that the Roberts Court was the last racist court. It's practices of dehumanizing humans and humanizing corporations will be reported in future law and history books in the same paragraph as the Taney court (infamous for the Dred Scott decision).
Obama's signature accomplishment throughout all eight years of his presidency will undoubtedly be that he instituted the beginning of the end for the Reagan revolution and put our country back on course.
